3 tips to calm the mind

Today I share with you 3 tips to calm the mind when your feeling stressed and anxious.




  • Focus on your breathing. Inhale for the count of 4 and exhale for the count of 6.

  • Start and end your day with a grateful heart. Write down 5 things you are grateful for.

  • Drink your favourite hot drink mindfully. I love yogi tea, they come with such powerful messages.
