  • The session begins with simple, functional breathing techniques that you can use in your everyday life. These practices support nervous system regulation, improve focus, and help you manage stress in real-time — giving you tools you can return to long after the session.

Introduction to the Practice

  • You’ll then be introduced to Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), with an overview of the technique and the journey ahead. This helps you feel prepared, informed, and at ease as you move into the deeper work.

Grounding and Centreing

  • A calming guided meditation follows to help you centre your mind and body, creating a sense of relaxation and presence before you begin the breathwork.

Conscious Connected Breathwork Session

  • The heart of the session is the practice of CCB. You’ll be guided through the continuous breathing technique, with support throughout to ensure a safe, comfortable, and deeply held experience.

Gentle Integration

  • After the breathwork, a soothing integration period allows you to process the experience and ground yourself, supporting your body and mind in absorbing the benefits of the practice.
